The blockchain community has always been known for its high-tech prowess. Yet, the consistently high demands placed on newcomers block their entry as potential contributors and investors.

Adding to this challenge, the key information about blockchain projects is usually dispersed across web pages, green-, lite-, and whitepapers, as well as separate community spaces. These sources can be intricate for non-tech and non-financial individuals, making navigating the information complex.

To address the issue, Pyrrho has developed the concept of an application that serves as an information assistant for anyone engaging with cryptocurrency — regardless of their technical knowledge.

When the client came to Vention with this idea, our task was to design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible for all users.

Market research

Before diving into the UI/UX design phase, our specialists conducted comprehensive market research to identify the closest competitors and develop detailed user personas.

This foundational work allowed us to pinpoint major challenges that users might face when interacting with the app. Further analysis revealed that the client’s application concept was unique, with no direct competitors currently on the market.

Competitive analysis

In order to validate the solution’s competitiveness, our team also thoroughly researched the major platforms and solutions favored by crypto enthusiasts.

We evaluated these platforms across over 50 criteria, including functionality, user experience, community presence, and the quality of information provided. This comprehensive comparison allowed Vention’s specialists to identify specific pain points and challenges the solution could address, demonstrating its capability to stand out in the competitive landscape.

User flow and user journey map

One crucial step in UI development is accurately predicting the user flow and creating a user journey map. To guarantee a frictionless experience at every interaction point within Pyrrho, Vention’s UI/UX team harnessed detailed insights from user personas and previously analyzed platforms.

We mapped out how users would behave in certain scenarios, from the initial login to the deep dive into blockchain project information. We visualized every tap, swipe, and focus point to fully maximize the concept’s capabilities.

Wireframes

After completing the initial visualizations, our UI/UX designers dove into iterative wireframe development for the upcoming application. We started this phase by collaborating with the client to develop a mood board that captured the envisioned design elements, color schemes, fonts, and distinctive features of the future solution.

From there, we began developing LoFi mockups, engaging regularly with the client to ensure these designs reflected the company’s aims, philosophy, and overall vibe.

Ultimately, Pyrrho was provided with HiFi wireframes representing the application’s final and fully functional UI.

Results

After finishing the project, we handed over all essential documents and data to our client. This comprehensive package enabled Pyrrho to fully grasp its application's potential, understand the current blockchain platform market, and identify its target audience.
